E. Cooke Food Handlers permist is expired. It should be noted that this program isn't open yet. R. Espinosa has not completed the Basic Stars training. This is an Initial application so it is (a) and (B) that haven't been completed yet. A) means the Site Director, Espinosa needs to have the Basic Stars class completed prior to being granted a license and B) means Site Director Espinosa needs Basic Stars completed prior to working unsupervissed with children. E. Cooke Blood Born Pathogens is expired.
